Hey guys, this is just a quick update. My website network is running super well, and I’m having an absolute blast. I’ve started some more websites and blogs on investing in gold, building biceps, consolidating debt as well as credit cards. I’m planning some more websites too.

For those interested in personal details, I’m right at the 6-figure in yearly income mark, so I’m super excited. This is an amazing time to be creating websites.

One of the most common questions people ask is how I make money with my websites. Since this is such an important issue, I decided to update you guys on my latest change to my business model.

I’m now focusing my monetization on the 411 Affiliate Network. It’s the best I’ve seen so far, and allows you to earn money by helping people find online products and services. Everything from books to insurance to credit to health to … everything is there.

How I Make Money With Keyword Marketing

The above work from home job is what most people should try to do. It allows you to make money if you need it relatively quick. But if your goal is to build a full-time passive income, then this section of the page is for you.

This is what I do to work from home.

Chances are, you found this website using a search engine. That was no accident. I built this website in a special way that allows me to rank in the top results for keywords like “work from home” and “make money.” I then make money with advertisements and other techniques.

Anyone can build a website and have it rank in the top results for certain searches. It’s not rocket science. It’s called “keyword marketing” and you can learn the process for $1 at The Keyword Academy.

Here’s a quick overview of the process:

Step One: Research Keywords.

Think of a keyword. This is what your website will be about. Not all keywords are created equal, of course. Writing about “debt consolidation” is probably easier to make money with than “paperclips.”

Step Two: Build Your Website.

Build your website. You’ll need to get a host and domain. This is the most expensive thing you’ll be buying to build a website. This is the “store front” of your online business, so it’s incredibly cheap. It will cost less than $100 per year.

Step Three: Write Your Content.

Write all about the keyword you pick. Make your website cover the basics about the topic. Write tutorials, reviews — everything people might be looking for. Write no less than 30 articles and no more than 50. This should be enough.

Step Four: Make Money Online.

Making money online is relatively simple. Put AdSense and other advertisements on your website. This shouldn’t take much time. Most of your time will be focused on writing content and the next step.

Step Five: Rank On Google.

Ranking on Google is mostly about getting other websites to link to you. You can do this yourself by paying other websites or writing articles for them (they’ll link to you if you’ll write an article for them, often) or through literally thousands of other ways. I’ll be writing more about this in the future, so make sure to subscribe.

In the end, there are basically two methods that I back to work from home. The first is Project Payday, a work from home job. You’ll be working for someone else, and it’s an incredible investment if you stick to it.

A “backlink” is basically when someone “links” to your website from their blog. I use a lot of programs, and actually spend thousands of dollars every year just for the subscription fees to programs that allow me to “build” links back to my site.

Make Money Online With … Pull Up Bars?

A few weeks ago, I announced that I was going to build a page pull up bars and rank it on Google. Well, I built the page, and so far it’s been on of the best “easy” niches I’ve found. Total time I’ve spent working on that page: less than an hour, and I’ve already made 20 bucks, and make a little more every day.

I haven’t worked on it at all. It’s a great niche, though, and I know that building an entire website in the niche would lead to $10-20 per day. Soo…

…I’m doing it. Last night I spent 89 cents on a domain and started an actual full-fledged pull up bars website. The domain is www.PullUpBars.info.

This is just going to be an example that I’ll use to show you how to build a website and rank it for anything. Again, I’ll be writing an entire article series explaining how I did it, detailing every single step of the way.

I’ve made a big deal about “keyword marketing” on this website, and there’s a reason: it’s the only sure-fire way to make money online that I’ve found that will allow you to build a passive income. A passive income is any income that you get without having to directly work for it.

In other words, if you build a website that makes money, you can stop working, stop adding articles to the website, stop marketing it, stop everything — and it still makes money. It makes money because it still exists and is getting traffic through the search engines, if you build it correctly.

For example, the other day I went into town (I live in the country) to buy a good meal and watch a movie with friends. I didn’t think about work the entire day. When I got back home, I discover I’d made over $100 while in town.

It should be obvious why I’m a fan of building an income with a website by now.

But here’s the thing… the biggest problem people have when it comes to doing this themselves is getting started. So I’ve decided to make a quick example page. My goal is for one page that I’ve written on one of my websites to make $10 per day within 6 months.

If I can get one page to make $10 in 6 months, then you’ll be able to replicate my success, and build 20 or 30 similar pages. That’s $70-100,000 per year.

I’ll be writing more about this in the next couple of days. The keyword that the page I’ve written is “pull up bar”, along with a lot of similar keywords. Again, i’ll be writing an entire series detailing every single step I’ll take to get the page to succeed.

Free Money: How to Make Free Money

A few days ago I wrote an article called How to Make Money Fast where I explained how you can make money with Project Payday. But it costs several dollars to make $25 per pop, and several people emailed me asking if there was a way to make money online without spending money — basically, they wanted free money.

In short, yes you can make money without spending any money.

If you’re familiar with making money online, you probably already know I’m talking about SendEarnings.

SendEarnings 101: Why It’s Worth It Sign Up

You won’t get rich with SendEarnings, but you can make some free money. If you want to actually “get rich” or build a full-time income online, then read to the bottom of this article.

SendEarnings has a lot of advantages over pretty much EVERY other survey/email site I’ve found, which is why I’m an affiliate with them and don’t endorse any of the others. Here’s why for starters:

You get $5 of free money just for signing up. That’s free money. It’s automatically deposited in your account, and you don’t even have to do anything to get it. You obviously have to make the minimum to get paid, but the $5 itself is free money.

You get free money for reading emails. The money comes with strings — you have to click the emails. That’s it. It doesn’t take a PhD in Psychology to click the emails. You only get paid a small amount.

You get free money for taking surveys. Every day is a quick and free survey that pays you at least $.50 to fill out. This doesn’t sound like much, but it only takes a minute to fill out.

You get paid to try offers. This isn’t part of the free money aspect of SendEarnings. Basically, it’s just like Project Payday in the sense that you can spend $1-2 to try a new product, and they’ll pay you more than that to check it out. It’s clever advertising on their part. If you have self-control, just buy and cancel. Most people don’t cancel which is why they offer this. You don’t have to do this.

Overall, you’ll make $6 or so your first 10 minutes, and can make more reading emails and taking surveys. I don’t do this because it’s boring, and I make more money online through other means, as I’ll talk about later in this article.

Still, if a couple of twenty dollar bills would make your life better, then sign up for SendEarnings… if you don’t like it, just unsubscribe and you haven’t spent a penny.

“You Get What You Pay For”

You know the old expression, “you get what you pay for”? The same goes for send earnings. You won’t be making much money with send earnings. The big draw is that it’s free. If you want to make money quickly and are willing to spend a few dollars for every twenty or so dollars you make, then check out our make money fast page.

I’m not saying SendEarnings isn’t a great way to get free money, I’m just saying you won’t get a ton. Still, free money is free money.

In the interest of full-disclosure, I don’t use ProjectPayday or SendEarnings. I do what’s called “keyword marketing”, which is neither free nor fast. Basically, I build websites like this one and get them to rank in the top of Google searches.

Do You Just Want to Make Some Money?

It’s better to dive head first and learn by doing than trying to do what you’ve read somewhere. Everyone I know who has succeeded online did it this way — including myself.

This is going to sound like “personal development” crap, but it’s true: the rest of your life starts right now.

Don’t to get up from the computer until you take one concrete step towards building your own online income.

I make a full-time income building websites. I’ll build the website, get people to visit the website, and earn money by selling books, products and advertising. I found it shockingly “easy” — I’m not good with computers, so the fact that anyone can do it is encouraging.

In this article, I’ll introduce you to the approach I use that most of the “gurus” are ignoring. It’s callled “keyword marketing” — and it works. It’s basically a five step blueprint for building a passive income online.

Most of the people I know who make money online full-time are keyword marketers. It just works.

If you’re actually serious about making money online, then grab something to drink and read this entire page. I’ll explain exactly what you need to know to get started right now. No bull, no hype — just what I’ve done to build a full-time passive income before even going to college.

My Websites and the Great Google

Most people who visit my websites probably found the sites through Google or some other search engine. This wasn’t by accident – I’ve specifically built my websites to get traffic from Google. It’s part of my business plan.

Doing this basically puts my income on “automatic”. It’s a great feeling, and I often take a day off from doing anything at all — the money still comes in, because Google never stops working.

Making your website to focus on getting traffic from Google means you’ll have:

Steady Visitors. Search engines send traffic at a constant rate, so you know exactly what to expect. I get about the same number of visitors every day.

Passive Income. Because you have steady visitors, you set up advertisements and other ways of making money with the traffic, and walk away. Google doesn’t sleep, so getting search traffic is passive. Get the traffic once, get it forever.

Interested Visitors. The people who find you via search engines are looking for something, and are more likely to buy something or stay on your website – better traffic!

It’s the easiest way to build a long-term passive income. The best part is that you can do it over and over, building even more than one full-time income for every website you create. I start a website every 3 months — the income is basically limitless.

How Keyword Marketing Works

Like I explained above, almost everyone who visits my websites get here through the search engines. That’s because I’ve built all of my websites in a manner to focus on getting search engine visitors.

I picked a topic I knew people were searching for and I found out how to rank the first few results in the search engine for that topic.

Once I rank for that topic, I then find ways to make money from all the people who are visiting my website. They were obviously searching for something – I’ll just find a way to make money giving it to them. Advertisements, affiliate programs, Amazon books – making money is the easy part.

The steps look something like this:

Step One: Research keywords people use.
Step Two: Pick a good keyword you like.
Step Three: Build your website about the keyword.
Step Four: Find a way to make money with traffic.
Step Five: Get the website to the first page of Google.

This approach of researching what people are searching for and building a website about it is called “keyword marketing”. It’s the idea that you build a website regarding a specific topic, and then rank in Google for that specific topic.

For the record, this is the business model I use for all of my websites. The reason I’m such a fan of keyword marketing is simple, as I’ll explain below.

Why I Choose Keyword Marketing

To be honest, the more I make money online, the more I’m shocked that keyword marketing gets so little stage time on most of the “make money online” websites. It’s sad, because keyword marketing is, in my experience, the best way to build an online income.

Learning how to get my websites ranked in Google for certain keywords has changed my life for the following reasons:

Passive Income. This is a biggie. The income is passive. That means I could take a 6 month vacation, come back, and I’ll still have the same income as before. My websites will still be up, Google will still be running, etc. Rank on Google, earn forever.

Easy to Repeat. Once you achieve your goals with a website for ranking for a keyword, you can move on and start a new website and do the whole thing over. Because it’s a passive income, you can put all of your focus on the new website, effectually doubling your income twice a year. I build 4 websites per year.

Scientific Method. Ranking in Google is scientific, meaning you can learn exactly how to do it. No guess work. No hoping you become a blogging “rockstar” and that people will decide to like you. You don’t need anyone except a good course that details how to rank well in Google — that’s it.

I’ll put my whole reputation on the line and say that keyword marketing is the best, most efficient way to make money online. If you want to build an online income, then learn how to master keyword marketing. It’s a sure-thing if you do your homework. Speaking of which…

How to Learn Niche Marketing

This is just an introductory article to get you familiar with what keyword marketing is all about. The purpose of this website is to help people understand that normal people can make money online without trying out a rediculous “get rich quick” scheme.
